There are a number of ways to request refills. You can call them in at 646-367-0900, refill online by clicking here, or use our new smartphone app titled “Apicha CHC Pharmacy”, now available for iPhone and Android.
Begin by registering on the website to create an online account. Submit the information requested on the form, and confirm the account using the link you will receive via email. After the account is confirmed and you have logged into the website, click the option to "Find My Prescriptions." Be sure to have a recently filled prescription number handy.
In order to be sure the medication list is revealed to the patient and preventing fraudulent access, the website will require you to answer several questions to confirm your identity. The questions are knowledge-based and similar to those you may have answered for credit or loan applications.
After the questions are answered and your identity is validated, the website will display the list of prescriptions from the patient profile in the pharmacy system.
We take most major plans, including Medicaid, Medicaid managed care, ADAP, Medicare Part D, and most commercial insurances.
Yes, we have discounted medications for Apicha CHC patients who get prescriptions written by Apicha CHC providers. We offer competitive pricing for cash paying patients.
Yes! We deliver medications to patients’ homes. You must live in the five boroughs or Nassau county to utilize our FREE delivery service. All requests for deliveries must be made before 5 pm to ensure delivery for the next business day. There are no deliveries on the weekend, so any prescription requested on a Friday will arrive at your home on Monday. Deliveries are made throughout the day between 9am and 6pm, and an adult has to be home to sign for the package from the courier.
No problem! If you have no refills, please contact the Apicha CHC pharmacy staff and we will get in touch with your provider for you. We are located in the same facility as your provider and this enables us to communicate rapidly with them affording a quick turn-around time for new refills. Please keep in mind that new refills take anywhere between 1-3 business days, depending on the day you request the refill and the provider’s schedule. We will also coordinate with your provider to obtain a prior authorization with your insurance company should you need one.

Absolutely. We are an open door pharmacy and will fill prescriptions from outside providers. If you have insurance, your co-pay will be the same anywhere. If you pay out-of-pocket, please contact the pharmacy staff to see if that prescription is eligible for the Apicha CHC discount.
We stock all of the common medications, including all HIV medications as well as hormone preparations. If there is something you need that we don’t have, then we can order it for the next business afternoon. Our pharmacists are highly knowledgeable and stay up to date with the most current HIV treatments. They are available to discuss your prescriptions and answer any questions you may have about them.
