400 Broadway Clinic Expansion

If you've stopped by our clinic in the last year, you've noticed there's construction happening on the first floor.  Construction is nearing completion and we want to give you a sneak peak of the end result.

We're adding more patient exam rooms

Once finished, we will more than double the number of exam rooms and counseling rooms at 400 Broadway, making it possible to serve more of our community!

We're adding a brand-new, on-site pharmacy!

We are excited to have an in-house pharmacy that will make filling your prescriptions easier and far more convenient. Our pharmacist will work side-by-side with your medical team to ensure you are getting the best care.  Look out for more information about the pharmacy as it gets closer to opening.

If you live in the Jackson Heights area and you want input into the services we'll provide in our new site, please fill out this survey.  We're here to serve you!

We want to thank our funders

We want to thank The H. van Ameringen Foundation and grants from Council Members Margaret Chin, Daniel Dromm and Corey Johnson for helping make the clinic expansion at 400 Broadway possible.

Our Jackson Heights project is made possible by generous funding from the New York State Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Program's Capital Restructuring Financing Program (CRFP) and the New York City Economic Development Corporation's Community Health Center Pre-Development Support project.
